*TCS Not Included/ TCS Terms : For each booking for Holiday packages with value below 7 lacs on each PAN card, we will need to take a declaration from the travel agent. For bookings where value exceeds 7 lacs and it is on a single PAN, we will have to charge 20% as TCS
Responsibility for Taxes: Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by FLY ZONE, the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source (‘TCS’) under section 206C(1G) or any other taxes as may be legally applicable and filing requirements in connection with the same thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Tax Obligations’), is and shall remain his (or her) responsibility.
